The Seaton, Axminster and Sidmouth Cluster has an attractive mix of rural villages and coastal towns whilst being only 30mins drive from Exeter. The Cluster is set in a landscape of outstanding natural beauty, and part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. The largest landslip in the UK provides the landscape for coastal walks, fishing harbours and beautiful beaches. Inland, the market town of Axminster provides excellent rail links to London and Exeter. We have an exciting opening for enthusiastic and motivated Band 4 Generic Assistant Practitioner to join our community hospital team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward thinking service with high morale and a commitment to supporting people at home. You will be well supported and encouraged to continuously develop to meet the needs of yourself and the service. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary, integrated team and will lead the therapy team on the ward at Sidmouth Hospital. You will provide goal based rehabilitation interventions delivered over 7 days.

The emphasis will be on supporting registered staff to meet trust targets aimed at improving flow, promoting therapy led discharge and implementing a culture of rehabilitation on the ward.
