An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Reporting Radiographer to join our expanding Medical Imaging team. The post will be based at the Wonford hospital site within the Specialist Services Division at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, supporting acute, community and primary care imaging referrals.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with the consultant radiologists, other reporting radiographers, and service leads to develop a radiographer reporting service that will meet the future needs of our patients and referrers. Successful candidates will be expected to have significant post graduate experience in reporting a range of planar x-ray images evidenced by recent audit.
A job plan including reporting, clinical duties, teaching and audit will be agreed upon successful appointment to this position, with the requirement to work across our 7 day service.
This is an exciting time to join our Trust. In June 2020 we will go live with our transformational Electronic Patient Record system, Epic, as part of our My Care project, and revolutionise how we integrate Radiology with the full patient record.
