An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Operations Support Unit supporting the Medical Equipment Management Team. The successful post holder should have a proactive and friendly attitude and be able to demonstrate previous secretarial/administrative experience or have recently completed an NVQ in Business and Admin. Your proven competences will include excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with effective organisational and team working skills. You will be responsible for data entry as well as undertaking a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties including generating reports, being a key contact for Clinical teams, liaising with internal and external contacts for service data and contract information and engaging with a variety of staff across the Division. This is a permanent full time post (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday preferably 08.00-16.00 although alternative hours will be considered.
