Applications are invited for the role of Specialty Doctor in Ambulatory Care and Acute Medicine. The role will be varied and is a great option for those who enjoy the diagnostic process, including performing practical procedures and teaching others these skills. The post will also offer you the opportunity to work with a wide variety of specialties and develop your skills in various disciplines. A key role will be reviewing and managing patients whilst liaising with specialty teams. Candidates will therefore need to have excellent skills in communication and leadership, as these will be the key to the success of the ACU.
