We are looking for enthusiastic and committed registered nurses with excellent communication skills to work with the community nursing team in the Moretonhampstead/Cheriton Bishop/ Chagford area.

This area is very rural which is both exciting and challenging in equal measure. So if you like variety in your daily role and enjoy driving around the beautiful dartmoor area then this is the post for you. If you are looking for a change and want to work more autonomously in a challenging environment, with excellent opportunities for further career development then the community could be for you.

The successful candidate will provide nursing care to housebound patients on the community nursing caseload, striving towards keeping people in their own homes or facilitating their safe discharge from hospital and supporting their families. If you have experience or have an interest in community nursing then we would like to hear from you. The post is for 25 hours but there is some flexibility with this which can be explored at interview.
