Single Point of Access Referral Co-ordinator Are you looking for a challenging, rewarding opportunity to work in a fast paced environment? Do you want be part of a Service delivering the Government agenda for care closer to home? Do you have experience of working within a health or social care environment? Do you have significant administrative, telephone and I.T experience? The Single Point of Access is the one point of contact for Urgent Health and Social care referrals, for patients undergoing a period of acute crisis. We pride ourselves on delivering a professional and timely response.

We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our existing team. The centre operates 7 days a week (including weekends and bank holidays) , 365 days a year , opening between 07.30hrs and 23.00hrs. If you can demonstrate your flexibility within your working pattern, commitment and willingness to be part of a hardworking and friendly team then this could be the opening for you. This position includes out of hours working, resulting in enhanced hourly payments. We are looking for full time and part time candidates.
