Are you a qualified Physiotheraist looking for a part time post? Tiverton and Cullompton Community Rehabilitation has a unique opportunity to employ a Band 6 Physiotherapist for 22.5 hours a week.
The post will involve managing a clinical caseload on the wards in Tiverton Hosptial which will include a variety of clinical presentations, therefore applicants should have post graduate experience of working with patients with complex long term, neurological and orthopaedic conditions, as well as have confidence in manual and therapeutic handling techniques and use of equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervison and clinical support for junior staff on the ward, and to look at new and innovative ways to improve the delivery of care that we provide for our client group, and support staff through the changes required.
As a service we are committed to continued professional development, encouraging a learning culture by providing regular inservice training, CPD sessions and on-going education.
As always, IT skills are essential to record patient progress on the digital patient record system, and Excellent skills are required to coordinate the smooth running of the service within our large integrated health and social care team, including the support of junior staff members and use of the new digital patient note system.
