We are looking for a band 6 physiotherapist to join ourteam. The post is rotational between community rehabilitation and urgent community response. We are looking for someone with the skills to work flexibly between the two services and to be able to prioritise work loads in response to changing requirements. The role involves working with a well established, friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team, covering Honiton, Ottery st Mary, Cranbrook and the surrounding area. We work with adults of all ages promoting healthy lifestyle, independance and rehabilitiation, as well as reducing hopsital admissions, supporting and facilitating hospital discharge. You will be working closely with other team members and support workers to provide an excellent, evidence based service.There is training available to support you in the role and support from other team members and team leads. This role is available to established band 6 physiotherapists or to a band 5 who may be looking for a secondment opportunity to develop their skills in the community setting or band 5 ready to progress to a band 6 role. There may be some flexibility around hours for suitable applicant.
