We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative pharmacist to lead the clinical pharmacy service to the specialist services at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.

Over the past three years we have developed the service provided by pharmacy to the surgical division to be agile and responsive in order to provide the best care for patients undergoing elective and non-elective surgery. The post holder will support and develop a team of junior pharmacists and medicines management technicians. The right person will have a proven track record in the specialty and the appetite to evolve the service in this patient group.

You must be highly self-motivated, able to demonstrate leadership skills and have the ability to plan and work, both independently and as part of the wider healthcare team, to deliver excellent pharmaceutical care to our patients. You should also be willing to complete the non-medical prescribing qualification if not already qualified.
