An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Specialist Palliative Care Nurse to lead our Supportive and Palliative Nursing Team across the organisation. We are looking for an experienced individual within the Specialist Palliative Care setting and management roles. The individual will be responsible for leading the Nursing Team, providing expert knowledge on Specialist Palliative Care provision, linking in with our medical colleagues including our local charity Hospiscare to ensure that we provide a collaborative approach to Specialist Palliative provision across the patch.
The individual will also be asked to cover the absence of the Enhanced Supportive Care Nurse Lead to support and cover the ESC service with the ESC Consultant.
