Exeter Occupational Health Service is part of the RD&E and provides a comprehensive range of Occupational Health services to NHS staff and many non-NHS organisations on a chargeable basis. We are a progressive department and intend to continue developing our business along commercial lines.
We are seeking candidates with demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and computerised data systems. Excellent organisational skills are required to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality. The the main priorities are to undertake:
Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
Updating the OH database with accurate information
Preparing paperwork/files for clinics
As this is a challenging role the successful candidate should be willing to undertake responsibility and work within deadlines.
Hours: 22.5 per week – 09:00 – 17:00 Mon, Wednesday, Thursday
Salary: Band 2
