We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrative Line Manager to be based within our Medical Outpatient Department – This part-time job share opportunity, is both interesting and challenging and will offer you the opportunity to work in partnership with the department’s Multi-Disciplinary Management Team supporting the needs of this extremely busy department. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible, adaptable and integrate closely into the existing Administration Line Management Team in order to continue collaborative support across the medical division.

We are looking for someone who has previous hospital knowledge of the e-referrals booking process and experience of managing a small team of staff. You will have an interest in service improvement and the ability to motivate and support staff to ensure that they achieve their full potential. We want to ensure we have the right person who is passionate about managing their staff and committed to providing an excellent level of patient care.
