A fixed term vacancy currently exists within our Payroll Department for a Payroll Assistant role on a 37.5 hour per week contract with an immediate start date until 25/10/2020

You will work as part of our client facing team providing the payment of salaries, employee claims and handling enquiries from employees and our client. This will involve the input of changes to contract details, Payroll input of data into the Electronic Staff Record HR/Payroll computer system. In addition there are scanning of documents and post sorting and distribution duties.

The ideal candidate will have recent Payroll experience, preferably with ESR or Oracle systems and will be an experienced user of Word and Excel.

However, Full training will be given.

Salary £17,652 to £19,020 per annum pro rata
