The Estates Department is looking for a proactive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Estates Maintenance Team Leader (Mechanical) experienced in the building services environment, particularly maintenance of Hospital buildings, to join their team in the day to day maintenance of trust properties.
The successful applicant will supervise, monitor, organise and co-ordinate all grades of Mechanical staff and apprentices. You will help contribute to a safe patient environment ensuring compliance with statutory and safety legislation. The applicant will work closely with the Estates Maintenance Supervisor and Estates Officers to ensure the quality and performance indicators are maintained and work is completed as required to statutory, mandatory and best practice requirements.
Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
Salary: Band 5 (£24,214 – £30,112)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
