An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates Department for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual, who is able to demonstrate strong project management skills in order to work with service providers to manage and deliver the Trusts capital programme.

The Project Manager Capital will be responsible for all aspects of capital projects from inception to completion. This involves the effective management and delivery of concurrent multi-stranded projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, to the required quality and within budget. Working as part of a committed and capable team you will be managing and delivering a wide variety of capital projects including feasibility studies, design and cost information for capital bids and for the provision of professional advice in connection with capital schemes.

You will have proven experience in an estates management capacity, be knowledgeable in construction management and have had responsibility for the development and delivery of estates projects in a large complex setting. We are looking for a highly skilled professional from an architectural, surveying, construction or engineering background. You will be highly motivated, innovative and a committed individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record.
