We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our Pain Management Service based at Heavitree Hospital. This will see you coordinating and supporting the day to day running of the Teams, assisting in the management of complex patient pathways and delivery of service.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in dealing with patients and leading a Team of people. You will need to have the ability to use your own initiative, prioritising your workload to meet the changing needs of the departments.

You will be flexible, excellent at problem solving and adaptable with excellent IT skills. It is essential that you have experience in audio typing as this will also play an important part of your role.

As Team Leader you will be involved in project work, will represent your Team in Departmental meetings, and will be able to work collaborately with others to meet objectives.
