Exmouth, Woodbury and Budleigh (WEB) Community Health and Social Care Team havean opportunity for a full timePhysiotherapy Clinical Lead to join our team.(Please note we are unable to accept part time working for this post).

Applicantswill have extensive clinical experience and specialist experience in elderly care, falls and long term conditions and be confident supporting clinicians with complex scenarios. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional care to our community patients and aboutoptimising their functionalindependence and potential to achieve the best quality of life possible.

You will have excellent communication skills and need to be a great team player but also need to be able to work independently. You will be experienced in change management and will understand the national and local plans around sustainability and transformation of services. You will lead service development alongside your Band 7 colleagues in order to ensure service provision is effective and efficient and be passionate about driving the integration agenda within community services.

This role also includes deputising for the Therapy Manager in their absence,attending meetings and presenting reports to senior colleagues.

If you are a forward thinking, dynamic individual who is keen to utilise exisiting clinical skills but also has a keen desire to demonstrate or develop your leadership skills further, then you may be the right candidate for this role.

We offerregular supervision and support to develop your clinical and leadership skills and support progression within the organisation.
