This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Research Network team. You will be based in Bideford but will need the ability to travel throughout the region. The post is being offered as a substantive, full time post, routinely working within business hours. You will be working alongside a passionate, motivated team that are highly committed to providing first class research within the South West.

This post will be part of the CRN SWP regional Clinical Support Team (CST) and will support the Manager and leadership team of the NIHR Clinical Research Network South West Peninsula (NIHR CRN SWP) to deliver NIHR portfolio research across North Devon and North Cornwall.

The post holder will provide specialist knowledge, skills and experience within clinical research, and act as a resource to advise and support those involved in clinical trials at all levels. The post-holder will be able to autonomously plan, implement, organise and manage concurrent research projects. S/he will develop networks with Multidisciplinary Teams across the primary and community care sites in North Devon with other appropriate local and national agencies. S/he will coordinate and manage the relevant study portfolio and deliver/support recruitment accrual in line with performance and monitoring objectives. You will need a full driving licence.
