Due to service review, avacancy has arisen in our Community Nursing teamwhich covers a wide rural area including Cheriton Bishop, Chagford and Moretonhampstead,for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about caring for patients in their own homes. If you are enthusiatic, motivated and keen to make a difference to patients then this may be the job for you. In return we will support you with a robust induction programme (and preceptorship if newly qualified) and ongoing support. For those who wish to develop their career in Community Nursing, the Trust supports suitable staff to undertake the Specialist Practice Qualification in District Nursing at Degree or Masters level.
