We are looking for an individual with the drive, vision and passion for improvement, are you that person? Come and join a dynamic team in delivering effective quality and safety initiatives within the Medical Division.
The post holder will support the delivery of the quality objectives within the divisional objectives and plan and provide clinical expertise in improvement methodologies.
The post holder will also be required to work closely with the Trust’s Safety Risk Team in supporting the delivery of the Patient experience strategy.
Key to the success of this role is the use of transformational leadership, improvement methodology and informatics to deliver change and support clinical teams to achieve safe, effective, harm free care and minimize patient safety risk.
Working with the Associate Director of Nursing for Medicine , the post holder will take day to day responsibility for key work-streams that support the delivery of high quality care, ensuring a compassionate and positive patient experience are at the heart of the nursing delivery system.
