We have two full and one part time vacancies and are looking to recruit IT Contact Centre Operators who have a passion for providing an excellent customer focused experience for our colleagues. Please specify on your application which hours you wish to apply for - full or part time.   The successful candidates will join a team of likeminded people who believe that team work is essential to provide a unified, customer focused service. Members of the team own the collective responsibility for the overall performance of the service and show integrity, attention to detail and demonstrate a “can do” attitude at all times. The successful candidates will need the ability to respond to all support requests in a tactful, diplomatic and compassionate manner. These candidates will also have the following experience and abilities: A friendly and helpful telephone manner Good written and oral communication skills. The ability to work to deadlines Experience of working in a “Call Centre” environment A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages Join our on-call service supporting critical systems out-of hours A working knowledge of Active Directory is also desirable Do you have these abilities and do you want to help mould our service to support our local NHS organisations?
