Previous applicants need not apply.   The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust’s Back Office teams pride themselves in providing a first class service for our healthcare professionals and currently support over 10000 staff. We have two full and one part time vacancies and are looking to recruit IT Contact Centre Operators who have a passion for providing an excellent customer focused experience for our colleagues. Please specify on your application which hours you wish to apply for - full or part time.   The successful candidates will join a team of likeminded people who believe that team work is essential to provide a unified, customer focused service. Members of the team own the collective responsibility for the overall performance of the service and show integrity, attention to detail and demonstrate a “can do” attitude at all times. The successful candidates will need the ability to respond to all support requests in a tactful, diplomatic and compassionate manner. These candidates will also have the following experience and abilities: A friendly and helpful telephone manner Good written and oral communication skills. The ability to work to deadlines Experience of working in a “Call Centre” environment A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages Join our on-call service supporting critical systems out-of hours A working knowledge of Active Directory is also desirable Do you have these abilities and do you want to help mould our service to support our local NHS organisations?
