Would you like to join a team where everyone counts and where you can make a difference to your patients and no two days are the same. We have a vacancy in our Hemyock team as part of the Culm Valley Community nursing team.
You will work to provide nursing care to patients in their own homes and our aim is to wherever possible maintain patients in their preferred place of care, enabling them to maximise their independence and optimise their quality of life.
Candidates will have excellent communication and assessment skills and will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of personalised care in partnership with our patients, their families and carers.
Transferable clinical skills will be supported with training packages and there is opportunity for personal and professional development.
