Due the size of Exeter and the growth in delivery of Community Services, a further Community Services Manager post has been created that will operationally lead half of the City. The post holder will be responsible for the management, delivery and development of high quality integrated community based health and social care services. The post holder will also have responsibility for the oversight of the day to day performance and delivery of services within the integrated community team.

This will include ensuring the delivery of quality outcome indicators, performance targets and financial balance in community nursing, social care and therapy services. The post holder will actively promote partnerships with the local statutory, voluntary and independent sector organisations as we seek to further enhance our place based delivery.

You will be a key contributor to the future design of services both locally and within the organisation. Please contact Maggie Gordon, Assistant Director Community Health and Social Care Services for further information or to discuss the post.
