We are looking for a Slot Administrator to join our friendly team on a fixed term contract for 24 months. The role is diverse, so you will need to be highly motivated, well organised, patient focused individual, able to work as part of a team but also use your own initiative. Roles include administering referrals via the electronic booking system “Choose and Book”, monitor and maintain electronic work lists and ensuring that items are actioned in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with experience of dealing with the public both face to face and on the telephone. A good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook are essential and experience of the Patient Administration System would be an advantage although training would be given. Working in an efficient manner, the successful candidate will have a friendly, open manner whilst enjoying being part of a productive team.
