Are you looking for an interesting, fast paced, rewarding secretarial role? The Urology Department at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital is an extremely busy and developing service.

This secretarial role is very varied, to include supporting the team by managing a consultant’s diary and waiting lists. We are looking for someone who can remain calm under pressure and is able to prioritise their own workload, who enjoys being part of a team and is naturally empathetic.

This will be a full time position. You will be supported in your role by the Team Leaders and full training on our hospital systems will be given. The Urology Department has 9 consultants and is part of Acute Surgery. This role would suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills who is looking for a secretarial position where they can positively make a valued contribution towards the service that the Urology Department provides.
