LISTEN to people and continually improve what we do CONNECT people, communities and services so that we can work together to improve health and well-being for everyone INNOVATE so we can continue to grow our world-class specialisms, working with partners and our patients to push forward the best medical research The Transformation Programme Team (comprising of Service Development and Project Management) is seeking to appoint a Service Development Lead to co-drive the delivery of the 2-year Trust Corporate Programme which incorporates the implementation of our Future Care Model.

Working with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues you will facilitate the diagnostics, (re)design and implementation of improved services which are safe, high quality, effective and financially sustainable.

The ideal candidate will have a positive and engaging approach to be able to encourage robust involvement and ensure that the process of change is well managed and results sustained. Comprehensive knowledge, skills and behaviours of the theory and practice of project management, change management and service development tools and techniques is essential.

In return, we can offer you the opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic and experienced team of project and service development professionals who are dedicated to supporting and implementing changes which make a difference to our patients, carers and staff.

This position is available from November 2018 as a 2-year secondment or fixed term contract with potential for a further extension and/or permanent employment thereafter. Interview date is planned for Wednesday 31st October 2018.
