Applications are invited from enthusiastic individuals who would like to join the administration team in the Dermatology Dept.   We are looking for a well-motivated individual to work as a Medical Support Secretary assisting the secretarial team in providing administrative and clerical services.

You will be a proven secretary with good organisational skills.The work will include the provision of high quality documents, audio typing, answering queries within and outside the Trust, filing documents and preparing notes.

Ability to liaise across all disciplines is essential.   Experience of working in a hospital environment is desirable.Applicants should have good keyboard skills and knowledge of data inputting. Experience of PAS and hospital IT systems is also desirable.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
