Are you looking for an interesting, fast paced, rewarding secretarial role where you can positively make a mark on an important part of the service we provide? The Breast Care Department at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital is a busy and growing service, located in the centre of our main hospital site. This secretarial role is varied and includes team leading 2admin assistants in the day to day running of our reception office. As you will see from the job description we are also looking for someone who can plan and organise a staff rota and run reports on our ESR system (electronic staff record). We are looking for someone who keeps calm under pressure, is a team player and has natural empathy. If this sounds like a role for you, and you have excellent interpersonal skills we would very much like to hear from you.
