Are you a Band 5 Physiotherapist who has NHS experience and has completed core rotations? Are you looking looking for an opportunity to gain community expertise in order to broaden your development? We are looking for a skilled, flexible Band 5 Physiotherapist, to join our Community Rehabilitation Team in Exmouth as part of the new Band 5 community rotation. The rotation involves experience in both the 16 bed community hospital ward and in the community rehabilitation and urgent response teams. You will be part of a multi disciplinary, integrated team and will have the opportunity of working with patients who present with a wide variety of conditions, with the aim of maximising their independence and quality of life and ultimately to support them to remain at home. As part of your development we offer preceptorship, regular supervision, PDR and training to support your CPD.
